KingMaker Expansion

Majesty 2 Kingdom sim KingMaker Expansion

 

After a few years after your battle with Balrog, peace has reign but now a new threat emerges, the Goblins with their god Gromg-god

There are 2 major differences; first there are no more artifacts and second this is a lot harder.

1.Eyes in the Night

Here you have to defend 75 days with all buildings at your disposal. Get main heroes (Rogues Rangers Warriors Clerics Mages)

There is a Temple to Fervus north of you, reaching it adds it to you kingdom and also you get some wolves as aid

Goblins will attack soon so build strong defenses, near the Trading place north road.

To stand up the goblins easier set a defense flag on the Trading post or the Tower you’ve built near it.

Also you can try to get some research done like gear, potions and trinkets.

The goblin’s offensive is pretty strong and they are not 100% stupid, sometimes they go straight for your buildings bypassing the defense towers..

This should be enough to hold until 75th day

2. The Path of Tranquility

 

On this map you have to built 7 Dwarven towers but you have way to little gold to even build one at the start. First you should build a trading post near you build it and get the main heroes except mages. Build GuardHouses near each road this will ensure protection until you can get Dwarven towers, soon Serpents will attack from the south-east road, so defend that first, then imps will come from the western roads. When the imps start attacking you should consider building Dwarven guild, building it gives 5000 gold, soon after it is built get the Stone Incantation spell to get another 5000 gold, now you can build at least 4 towers, get them north of you this will stop incoming goblins and minotaurs. When you get enough gold, build the other 3.

3.Poisoned Blood

 

You have to find an antidote to the goblins poison, get main heroes and market. Building Mages guild will get 3 already hired mages and a bit of gold. Build defenses to the north of you as goblins will come pouring from there.There is a trading place to the south.

Later on scout the Ancient GuardHouse this will ensure the protection of the herbalist, build them and after it is done get a magic bazaar and the herbalist

will appear, escort him and that should be it.

4. The Wrath of Krolm

 

The main quest here is to destroy the goblin settlement. You get enough gold to hire all main heroes with basic skills  and gear about 10000 gold. While you prepare for the attack against the Goblins the Blademasters will attack the goblins and you.

Get the Dwarven tower fast and build one on the south east road, it will stop the incoming goblins and it will aid you in destroying a caravan. When you are have enough gold build another one north of you, killing any Blademaster that will come by.

From here on it will be easy, defend against any intruders and when you are ready attack the Goblin Settlement.

5.Parental Care

 

A Child Elemental has appeared in the vicinity of your castle, and the heroes will attack it, soon a whole bunch of elementals will try to protect it. To end this crusade you must destroy an Elemental Gate.

Start by building all the main guilds except Rangers guild, that one is already built.

The eastern road hold a Trading place, build a Guardhouse for now later build a Dwarven Tower, also secure it by placing a defense flag. Many goblins will find their end on that road.

Later on Elementals will come from the north.

A level 10 cleric will become a Sister of Krypta and by reaching the temple you will own it.

North of you there is a Great Shaman, kill him!

When you are ready and heroes fully geared attack.

6. Fire and ice

 

This map, although is expert it can be pretty easy if you do a few thing first.

You have to destroy a stone blockade, but this also keeps goblins out.

Hire all heroes you can and don’t destroy any spawning building, this will ensure experience for all your heroes.

East of you there is a Ice mage’s guild he request you to kill werewolves around the Guild and in turn he will remove the blockade, don’t do it unless your heroes are leveled. Place a Fear Flag near the werewolves to keep heroes away.

Once your heroes are fully geared and above level 10 also get them into parties, kill the werewolves and build a Dwarven tower in the pass east it will stop incoming goblins.

Soon after you destroy the werewolves you get the Ice mage(sadly only for this map).

Scout all the map and you will get a quest from an Archer of Helia you have to build 3 Temples to Helia, but you only have to build 2(you get one when you get the quest)

Helia destroys all the defenses of the goblins and the rest should be pretty easy.

7.The Road to the Temple

 

You have to find the hidden of the Goblins.

You can use stealth, build only Rogues and Rangers guild, but this can be somewhat pointless as patrols will discover you and you cant take them without the help of the other Heroes.

Also you can use the a more direct approach, this is the one I recommend, build all main heroes Guilds, by choosing this path it will give you another 5000 gold. When you discovered you also find the path to the Temple.

Some portals will spawn from time to time, be on guard. Goblins will not attack, only the patrol will attack you and the goblin from the portals.

Before attacking the Goblins base try to clean the map and kill the Great Shaman to stop the portals

When you are ready attack, take down the Guard Towers  first and the rest should be pretty easy.

8.The Avatar, the Pumpkin and the Temple of Grum-Gog

 

This is it, the last stand.

You will get a secondary quest, you need to build a Mages guild in a certain spot and then level it to level 3, you should get some defenses around it, later replace it with a Dwarven tower.

Build the rest of the guilds and scout west of you, this will trigger a secondary quest, you have to destroy a certain dragon temple. When you complete the quest, the Temple to Fervus will join you along with a Beastmaster.

Goblins will come from the north and south-east, also ogres will attack; dispose of the ogres as soon as possible.

Vampires will attack you so research stuns and freeze to cope with them easier, when your settlement can fend for itself get rid of the Vampires.

Building temples to Dauros and Agrela will aid you a lot in the battle with the Avatar.

Gear your heroes, get them into parties and also get a Bazaar up and running, then you are ready to face the Avatar.
